FEATURED MATTER — ANDREW & TRISTAN TATE | INTERNATIONAL DEFENSE SINCE 2023

A multi-jurisdictional defense effort spanning criminal, civil, and reputational fronts across Europe and the United States.

2023 — MCBRIDE JOINED THE U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL DEFENSE EFFORT CONCERNING THE ROMANIAN PROCEEDINGS, THE PALM BEACH CIVIL CASE, AND THE BROADER STRATEGY ACROSS COURTS AND PUBLIC SCRUTINY.

2023–2024 — PALM BEACH CIVIL LITIGATION. The civil litigation originated in 2023; a July 2024 ruling permitted a core defamation theory to proceed while narrowing other claims. The case continued.

FEBRUARY 2025 — RETURN TO THE UNITED STATES. McBride and the international defense team secured the lifting of Andrew and Tristan Tate’s travel restrictions, enabling their departure from Romania and return to the United States while Romanian proceedings continued.

2025 — FLORIDA SCRUTINY & CRISIS RESPONSE. After the return, McBride responded to official inquiries and intense national scrutiny while coordinating legal strategy across active matters.

2025 — LOS ANGELES | CRIMINAL DEFENSE RESULT & PENDING CIVIL ACTION. McBride represented Andrew Tate in responding to criminal accusations made by Brianna Stern. Tate denied the accusations. The Los Angeles County District Attorney declined to file criminal charges for insufficient evidence; a separate civil action remains pending.

2026 — MIAMI FEDERAL U.S.–U.K. EXTRADITION PROCEEDINGS. McBride represents Andrew and Tristan Tate in federal extradition proceedings in Miami arising from a United Kingdom request. The proceedings require coordinated defense across jurisdictions, close analysis of treaty obligations, and advocacy in federal court. The extradition merits remain unresolved.
